At Partnership EAP we value quality, respect, service, and teamwork. Our primary goal is to provide your employees and management teams with tools that will enhance both their professional and personal relationships.

We will work with you to assess specific corporate needs, to set clear objectives, and to develop a plan that will promptly and effectively put the EAP into full operation. This includes an orientation conducted by a Partnership associate.

Based on our many years of experience, you can expect up to 90% of program participants to be self-referred . To facilitate high usage and self-referral, we recommend an on-going program of publicity and employee education . We will work with you to develop a promotion plan and printed materials that inform employees and their families of the EAP and its many benefits . For example, materials provided by PARTNERSHIP EAP, will include posters and informational communications. Employees will be provided with a brochure and wallet cards. We will also assist in any communication methods unique to your organization.

Supervisors can refer employees with performance problems to the EAP . We will provide a training program for management, union representatives and supervisors tailored specifically to meet their needs. The training program will help supervisors understand and identify troubled employees, and teach them how to approach the employee about the problem. It will also include information on the role of an EAP, and will describe the referral and follow-up process. We will be available on an ongoing basis to assist your staff with referrals.

In addition, we encourage utilization of Partnership's other training and wellness programs for supervisors, union representatives and employees, designed to increase their skills and introduce new information.
