PARTNERSHIP EAP is an established not-for-profit company located in Middletown, Ohio. We are an independent professional organization providing services throughout the United States. We employ all master-level counselors. We have offices conveniently located in Butler and Warren counties in Ohio as well as affiliate offices throughout the United States.

    PARTNERSHIP EAP is comprised of several components:

  • We provide confidential counseling services to employees and their dependent family members.
  • For businesses participating in the DFWP (drug-free workplace), we have substance abuse professionals available. In addition, we offer DFWP training for employees and supervisors.
  • Our counselors will work with management and their troubled employees, and consult with management to help develop workplace policies & procedures unique to their organization on a variety of topics.
  • We offer a wide range of Wellness programs including Tobacco Cessation.
  • We employ clinicians who have extensive experience in conducting Critical Incident Stress Debriefings (CISD's) when there is a workplace trauma or tragedy.
  • Partnership EAP contracts directly with businesses at a capitated rate per employee per quarter. We are a loss-control program, providing an effective service to reduce both economic and human loss in the workforce.
