Partnership EAP considers confidentiality a cornerstone to our business. We understand that confidentiality ensures the success of our program. Although there is a rare occasion where we may be required by law (Legal Duty to Warn) to break confidentiality, the staff makes every effort to protect a client's confidentiality.
These are some of our guidelines:
- No information is made available without express written consent from the client. Managers and supervisors will only be informed of a referred employee's attendance and cooperation with the consent of the employee.
- All affiliate providers are required to follow the same guidelines that we use at our corporate office.
- Appointment times are staggered so there are a limited number of clients in the waiting area.
- All corporate telephone lines are ‘caller-ID' blocked. Automatic call back cannot be accessed to reach us.
- Clients will be contacted at home or at work only with their permission.
- All written material is marked “Confidential”.
- Corporate
Utilization Reports do not contain names. No statistical or
demographic information will be included in a report if that
information could enable identity.
- HIPAA guidelines are followed. Health information, whether oral or recorded in any form, is secure and kept private under federal guidelines. See Links Page
